How it all happens….

At Bloomed Archives, we turn fleeting moments into keepsakes—slowly, thoughtfully, and with a little magic along the way.

1. Your Flowers Make Their Way to Us

Once your blooms arrive or they are picked up at one of our drop off locations, we carefully take the bouquet apart and begin the preservation process. Each flower is handled individually to maintain its natural color and character. For best results, flowers should arrive within four (4) days of your event (preferably 2 days) and be kept cool and hydrated whenever possible. Fresh flowers always tell the best stories.

2. The Pressing Stage

Your flowers are placed into traditional wooden presses and left to rest. Over several weeks, they slowly dry and flatten, locking in their delicate details. This stage typically takes 4–6 weeks, good things take time.

3. Bringing the Design to Life

Once pressed, your blooms are arranged into a custom layout inspired by the original bouquet. We focus on balance, movement, and emotion, creating something that feels both familiar and entirely new.

4. Framed & Finished

Your design is mounted with archival-quality materials and set into the frame you selected, ready to stand the test of time.

5. Ready for Its Forever Home

After a final clean and seal, your piece is prepared for display, meant to be admired, remembered, and loved for years to come.

Preserved with love. Designed with intention. Made to last.

Please note: Every flower is different. Some blooms don’t press as well as others due to their natural structure or condition. If any flowers are unsuitable, we’ll reach out before completing your design.
